A traditional final act as president is ??? ??? ?? ??writing a letter to the new guy, congratulating them on their achievement and detailing the responsibilities that will follow.

And though Barack Obama and Donald Trump have had their differences, it didn't stop Obama from breaking that special tradition. The full letter is below. (Or at least what we imagine the letter looks like.) Get the tissues ready.
