The third annual Halloween Odori/Ondo Costume Party, held Oct. 25 at Centenary United Methodist Church in Little Tokyo, featured trick-or-treating, a costume parade, games, food, and three public dance sessions with a mix of Bon Odori and Nisei Week Street Ondo.
